Quotations & product information
All product information on this site is indicative. Specifications, configurations, origins, certifications, lead times, packing and commercial terms are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract for a specific transaction with a selected manufacturer. Final certification availability is confirmed for the selected manufacturer at quotation.
Customs, duties & taxes
Torix does not provide customs, legal or tax advice. The buyer is the importer of record in its market: customs classification, duty treatment, import taxes and entry structuring remain the buyer's responsibility, taken with its own brokers and advisers. Torix's role is operational, producing and matching the agreed document set.
Sanctions & export controls
Torix conducts business in line with applicable sanctions and export-control regimes and screens counterparties accordingly. Torix does not transact with restricted parties or into embargoed destinations, and may decline or unwind any enquiry that raises compliance concerns.
Payment & financing
Torix is not a regulated lender, broker or financial adviser. Where credit-supported structures are discussed, independent partners underwrite and contract with the buyer directly; their terms come from them. Every payment structure is subject to transaction and counterparty approval.
Market coverage
Supply availability is subject to product specification, manufacturer approval, destination-country regulations, shipping feasibility and trade-compliance requirements. Torix currently does not quote domestic or import transactions for delivery into India.
