TRX-AF · Aluminium solar frames

Anodised aluminium frames, manufactured to module drawings.

Custom extrusion profiles, cut, drilled, punched and assembled against the customer's module drawings. Long-side and short-side profiles with corner keys where required; different frame heights and wall thicknesses; silver, black and other anodised finishes. Profile dimensions, alloy, temper and anodising thickness are matched before production.

For module manufacturers buying to drawings.

Module makers who need frames built to their module design, not a catalogue. Profile geometry, alloy, temper, anodising and machining are fixed in writing before extrusion, and inspected against the drawing before shipment.

What Torix needs to quote Module or frame drawing (PDF or CAD) · alloy and temper if specified · anodising colour and film thickness · corner-key requirement · grounding and drainage details · quantity per shipment and forecast · destination port · target delivery window.
Certification Manufacturer certification, product certification, destination-market requirements and buyer-specific testing are four different things, the quotation separates them. Final certification availability is confirmed for the selected manufacturer at quotation.

Reference diagrams illustrate the information required for quotation. Production is governed exclusively by the approved buyer drawing and purchase specification.

Technical approval · 03

From drawing to production release.

Nothing goes to mass production on a verbal description. The approved technical document governs the order.

01 · DOCUMENT

Drawing / datasheet

The buyer's drawing, datasheet or BOM is reviewed against real manufacturing options and aligned with the selected line in writing.

Specification fixed
02 · SAMPLE

Sample where required

A sample or golden sample runs against the approved document, with the agreed inspection scope applied.

Where required
03 · APPROVAL

Buyer sign-off

The buyer approves the sample and technical documents. Deviations are corrected before release, not argued after arrival.

Approval gate
04 · RELEASE

Production release

Mass production releases against the approved document. The inspection scope and document set follow the contract.

Per contract
Control points · 04

Quality, packing, documents.

What may be inspected, how the cargo is protected, and which documents travel with it. Inspection scope is agreed per contract, by the factory, Torix or an independent inspection company.

01 · QUALITY-CONTROL POINTS

Checked against the approved document.

Profile dimensions and wall thickness against the drawing, anodising film thickness and colour conformity, cut length and angle within stated tolerances, corner-key fit, with independent inspection where agreed.

02 · PACKING & SHIPMENT

Packed for the ocean, marked for the site.

Profiles interleaved and bundled to prevent finish damage, cartons or pallets per the buyer's handling, corner keys packed and counted separately, quantities itemised on the packing list.

03 · DOCUMENTATION

The matched set, every shipment.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, factory dimensional and anodising reports, inspection record per scope, insurance where the Incoterm calls for it.

Buyer questions · 05

Asked often.

If your question isn't covered, email the desk, most first-time questions come back with a one-line answer and a supporting document.

Do you have standard frame sizes?

We quote against your drawing rather than a catalogue, the reference geometry on this page illustrates the parameters a drawing controls, not a standard offer.

Which alloys and tempers are available?

6063-T5 is typical for module frames; 6063-T6 and 6005-T6 run where the drawing specifies them, capability is confirmed for the selected extruder at quotation.

What anodising film thickness can be held?

Film thickness follows your specification and the line's capability, stated in the quotation and verified in the anodising report.

Are corner keys included?

Where the design requires them, corner keys are quoted with the frames against the same drawing, fit is part of the inspection scope.
