A sample or golden sample runs against the approved document, with the agreed inspection scope applied.
Buyer sign-off
The buyer approves the sample and technical documents. Deviations are corrected before release, not argued after arrival.
Production release
Mass production releases against the approved document. The inspection scope and document set follow the contract.

What may be inspected, how the cargo is protected, and which documents travel with it. Inspection scope is agreed per contract, by the factory, Torix or an independent inspection company.

Can you supply against our engineer's design?
Yes, the project drawings and BOM govern. Structural design itself stays with your engineer; we supply and document against it.
Do you handle partial BOMs?
Yes. Rails-only, hardware-only or full-system scopes all run the same way, itemised line items on one document chain.
How are shortages handled?
The packing list is itemised to the BOM and counts are part of the inspection scope; any documented shortage is coordinated with the manufacturer to resolution.
Galvanised or anodised?
Per the specification: anodised aluminium for rails and HDG steel for ground-mount structures are typical, the coating basis is stated in the quotation.
