Crystalline-silicon solar cells for module manufacturers.
PERC, TOPCon and HJT cells in M10, M10R, G12 and G12R formats, available across selected production lines. Cell format, efficiency bin, busbar configuration, colour uniformity and electrical performance are confirmed against the selected manufacturing line.
For solar module production lines.
Module plants buying cells to a defined format, bin and volume. Torix confirms what the selected line actually delivers, format, bin distribution, busbar layout, colour, and ships it documented per lot with inspection to the agreed scope.

From drawing to production release.
Nothing goes to mass production on a verbal description. The approved technical document governs the order.
Drawing / datasheet
The buyer's drawing, datasheet or BOM is reviewed against real manufacturing options and aligned with the selected line in writing.
Sample where required
A sample or golden sample runs against the approved document, with the agreed inspection scope applied.
Buyer sign-off
The buyer approves the sample and technical documents. Deviations are corrected before release, not argued after arrival.
Production release
Mass production releases against the approved document. The inspection scope and document set follow the contract.
Quality, packing, documents.
What may be inspected, how the cargo is protected, and which documents travel with it. Inspection scope is agreed per contract, by the factory, Torix or an independent inspection company.
Checked against the approved document.
EL and visual inspection at the line per its standard practice, bin verification against the contracted distribution, and, where agreed, independent inspection before dispatch.
Packed for the ocean, marked for the site.
Manufacturer export cartons with interleave, palletised and shock-marked; carton counts and lot mapping itemised on the packing list.
The matched set, every shipment.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, per-lot electrical performance documentation, inspection record per scope, insurance where the Incoterm calls for it.
Asked often.
If your question isn't covered, email the desk, most first-time questions come back with a one-line answer and a supporting document.
How are efficiency bins handled?
The contracted bin distribution is stated in the quotation and verified against the line's binning records per lot, the documentation travels with the shipment.
Can origin be specified?
Yes. Origin is selected according to specification, commercial competitiveness, destination-market compliance and buyer preference, and stated in the quotation.
Do you supply mixed formats?
Each order runs against one format and bin structure per line; multi-format programmes run as parallel line items.
What about destination trade measures on cells?
Where a destination applies origin-linked measures or traceability requirements, that is reviewed per transaction as part of manufacturer selection and the shipment file.
Upload your drawing for review.
Send the drawing, datasheet or bill of materials with quantity, destination and timing, the TRX-SC quotation returns against your document, with every claim confirmed for the selected manufacturer.
