From drawing to production release.
Nothing goes to mass production on a verbal description. The approved technical document governs the order.
Drawing / datasheet
The buyer's drawing, datasheet or BOM is reviewed against real manufacturing options and aligned with the selected line in writing.
Sample where required
A sample or golden sample runs against the approved document, with the agreed inspection scope applied.
Buyer sign-off
The buyer approves the sample and technical documents. Deviations are corrected before release, not argued after arrival.
Production release
Mass production releases against the approved document. The inspection scope and document set follow the contract.
Quality, packing, documents.
What may be inspected, how the cargo is protected, and which documents travel with it. Inspection scope is agreed per contract, by the factory, Torix or an independent inspection company.
Checked against the approved document.
Datasheet conformity of the supplied model, visual and packaging checks, and, where agreed, electrical performance review against the manufacturer's flash data, with container loading checks at dispatch.
Packed for the ocean, marked for the site.
Palletised in the manufacturer's export packing, corner-protected and strapped, container loading plan agreed for the module dimensions, quantities per pallet and container stated in the quotation.
The matched set, every shipment.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, manufacturer datasheet and flash data where agreed, inspection record per scope, insurance certificate where the Incoterm calls for it.
Asked often.
If your question isn't covered, email the desk, most first-time questions come back with a one-line answer and a supporting document.
