Torix Company Limited is an international trading company registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We connect selected Asian manufacturers with business buyers across international markets and manage the specification, contract, inspection, documents and shipment on every trade.

Torix is a principal trading counterparty. We buy from qualified manufacturers under one contract and sell those same goods to a qualified buyer under a matching contract, the contractual and operational counterparty for both sides of the trade.
The cargo moves direct from origin to destination. Torix manages what surrounds it: manufacturer qualification, specification alignment, samples and inspection, commercial structuring, and the documentary flow through shipment and arrival.
We are not a manufacturer, a freight forwarder, a customs broker or a marketplace. We are a trade desk that converts a specification and documentary discipline into delivered material.

Product & supplier qualification
Production lines assessed on technical capability, capacity, certifications and export experience before anything is quoted. Manufacturer documents shared for the selected line at quotation.
Technical alignment
The buyer's drawing, datasheet or bill of materials aligned with the manufacturer in writing, dimensions, tolerances, materials and processing fixed before production, with samples approved where required.
Commercial structuring
Pricing, Incoterms 2020 delivery terms, payment structure, production schedule and documentation requirements agreed per transaction, every structure subject to transaction and counterparty approval.
Inspection coordination
Quality inspection per an agreed scope, by the factory, by Torix, or by an independent inspection company appointed for the transaction, with the record joining the shipment file.
Documentary control
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, inspection and insurance records, produced, matched and presented together, built for the destination's entry requirements.
Delivery & claims coordination
Shipment monitored through arrival. Any documented quantity, specification or transit issue coordinated with the relevant manufacturer, surveyor, insurer or logistics party to resolution.
Corporate credentials, on record.
Working with a trading company means knowing the corporate facts up front, public registry, HCMC tax authority, documentary practice on record. A full KYC pack is available to qualified counterparties on request.

The pattern behind Torix is simple: buyers paying more than they need to, in qualification time, compliance risk and layers of intermediaries, because they can't staff a dedicated Asia sourcing desk; and capable factories selling less than they could because they can't staff international sales and documentation. Both sides pay the same tax: the absence of a desk between them.
Torix closes that gap with two currencies of knowledge, factory culture on one side, international procurement culture on the other. One contract chain, one document chain, one accountable party.
