Quality and documents, on record.
The specification is the contract, and the documents govern the trade. This is the framework behind every Torix shipment: who is qualified, what gets inspected, which documents travel with the cargo, and how issues are resolved when they arise.
Three controls, every trade.
Quality is engineered before production, checked during it, and documented after it, with one desk accountable at each control point.
Qualified before quoted.
Production lines are assessed on technical capability, capacity, certifications and export experience before they enter a quotation. Manufacturer certificates and test reports are shared for the selected line at quotation, final certification availability is confirmed for the selected manufacturer, never assumed.
Checked the way the contract says.
Quality inspection may be performed by the factory, by Torix, or by an agreed independent inspection company, the scope is fixed at contract stage: what is checked, at which production points, against which acceptance criteria. The inspection record joins the shipment file.
One desk drives resolution.
If a documented quantity, specification or transit issue arises, Torix coordinates the manufacturer, surveyor, insurer and logistics parties to resolution. The matched document set, specification, inspection record, packing list, photographs where taken, is what makes a claim resolvable.
The document set that moves the trade.
The cargo moves on the vessel, ownership and money move on documents. Torix produces and matches the set on every shipment, built for the destination's entry requirements.
"The buyer is the importer of record. Our job is a document set that gives customs no reason to pause."
Every destination reads an entry file differently. As of July 2026, the questions we prepare for most often are US supply-chain traceability under UFLPA, US AD/CVD origin exposure on solar cells and modules, EU CBAM emissions data on aluminium and steel articles, and destination certification regimes. Torix's role is operational: select manufacturers the destination will accept, prepare the origin documentation, and hand your broker a matched file that clears without queries. Requirements are confirmed per transaction at quotation.
Torix does not give legal or tax advice. Customs classification, duty treatment and import-tax positions remain the buyer's responsibility, with their advisers, our documents are the foundation they file on. See the trade disclaimer for the full statement.
