Six regions, one trading company.
Torix serves business buyers across global markets, subject to product availability, destination requirements, shipping feasibility and trade compliance. Supply availability is subject to product specification, manufacturer approval, destination-country regulations, shipping feasibility and trade-compliance requirements. Compliance notes on this page reflect July 2026 policy and are confirmed per transaction at quotation.
From qualified factory to destination port,
one desk in the middle.
Torix coordinates manufacturers, technical specifications, commercial terms, inspection, documentation and international shipment through one commercial structure. Origin is selected according to specification, commercial competitiveness, destination-market compliance and buyer preference.
What we supply, region by region.
Buyer mix, certification context and shipping realities differ by region; the trading template does not. Certification and documentation requirements are confirmed per destination at quotation.
Asia-Pacific.
Asia-Pacific buyers sit closest to the manufacturing base, shorter ocean legs, more sailing options and the same working day as the desk in Ho Chi Minh City. That proximity favours programme cadence: distributors and processors running repeat mixes, and projects drawing modules and mounting on shorter replenishment cycles.
Certification regimes vary sharply across the region, from IEC-based schemes to country-specific approvals and grid requirements in Australia and New Zealand. Requirements are confirmed per destination at quotation, with manufacturer certificates shared for the selected line.
Middle East.
The Middle East combines utility-scale solar programmes with one of the world's most active construction-glass markets. Project cargo discipline matters: mounting BOMs itemised for phased site delivery, modules matched to the project's certification basis, and float glass packed for regional processing lines.
Gulf entry runs on clean, matched documents, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and conformity paperwork aligned. Destination conformity schemes and shipment-marking requirements are confirmed per country at quotation.
Africa.
African solar demand is distribution-led and project-led at once: distributor programmes serving fast-growing rooftop and off-grid markets, and utility or C&I projects needing full module-plus-mounting packages. Packing and documentation carry extra weight where cargo moves onward by road corridor after the port.
Pre-shipment conformity programmes apply in several African markets, where the destination requires certificates of conformity or pre-export verification, that is built into the shipment file per transaction. Inland-corridor packing (stacking, strapping, moisture) is agreed before production.
Europe.
Europe is a specification-strict, documentation-strict market with sophisticated buyers: module lines buying cells, glass and frames against drawings; distributors and EPCs buying modules; processors buying float glass. Entry files are read closely, origin documentation and conformity paperwork have to be right the first time.
Two 2026 realities shape EU entries: CBAM's definitive period now attaches embedded-emissions obligations to aluminium and steel articles such as frames and mounting structures, and the EU forced-labour regulation begins applying from late 2027, so buyers are already asking for supply-chain visibility. Torix coordinates manufacturer emissions data and origin documentation as part of the shipment file, confirmed per transaction.
North America.
North America pairs deep solar demand with the most origin-sensitive entry environment in the portfolio. Manufacturer selection is destination-led here: certification basis (UL/IEC families), origin-linked trade measures and traceability requirements are reviewed per transaction before anything is quoted.
US solar imports remain shaped by UFLPA traceability enforcement and AD/CVD origin exposure in 2026, so origin selection and the supporting file are part of the quotation itself, prepared with the manufacturer during production, not after a CBP query. The buyer remains the importer of record; duty treatment stays with the buyer's broker and advisers.
Latin America.
Latin America runs on strong distributor networks and a fast-growing project pipeline. Long ocean legs reward consolidation discipline, full-container programmes, mixed-line loads within packing constraints, and settlement structures matched to sell-through cycles.
Import documentation practice varies by country, consularisation-style requirements, local-language document sets and certification registrations are confirmed per destination at quotation. Deferred settlement structures can be discussed where sell-through cycles are long, subject to approval.
"Origin selected according to specification, commercial competitiveness, destination-market compliance and buyer preference."
Torix sources across Asia, including China, India and Southeast Asia, and qualifies further origins against the requirement. Where a destination applies origin-linked measures or traceability requirements, origin selection and the supporting documentation are handled per transaction as part of manufacturer matching and the shipment file.
Name the destination. We structure the lane.
Send the specification, quantity, destination port and timing; availability, origin options and trade terms come back in the quotation.
